Reviews from families
Only families with a booking through Seniorcarez can review.Balvinder K., daughter · Brampton · 5 ★ · live-in care, 4 months · August 2026
The live-in rate is the lowest we found and the caregiver speaks Punjabi with my mother all day, which has done more for her mood than any medication.
Ann-Marie D., daughter · Mississauga · 3 ★ · 8 weeks of weekday visits · July 2026
Care was fine but we had four different caregivers in eight weeks. For someone with memory problems that is a lot of new faces. Ask them to commit to a named caregiver before you sign.
Hassan M., son · Brampton · 5 ★ · overnight supervision, 6 weeks · May 2026
Dad wanders at night. The overnight rate at $280 was $30 cheaper than anyone else and the caregiver stayed awake, which is not always a given.
We publish every review from a confirmed booking, including the critical ones. Providers may reply in public; they cannot have a review removed for being negative.
