One in four of your people is quietly running a care crisis.
They are taking calls from hospital discharge planners at their desk, using annual leave for tours, and leaving the job entirely when it becomes unmanageable. Childcare benefits are standard. Eldercare benefits are not, and the demographics say they should be.
What your staff get
The whole consumer product, plus a named person to phone.
A salaried navigator
A person who knows the Ontario system, is not paid per referral, and will make the calls your employee cannot make from an open-plan office.
Real prices
Every provider's rate card, published. No forms, no discovery calls, no lead resale.
The discharge fast-track
The 48-hour crisis path, which is when people actually take time off. Matches from providers who have confirmed the date.
Guides and tools
Cost calculator, benefits finder, care-needs quiz and the full guide library, free to anyone.
Pricing
Per employee per month, whether or not they use it. No per-use fees, no upsell to your staff.
$3
per employee, per month$2 above 5,000 staff · $4 below 500
- Unlimited navigator calls for every employee
- Anonymised usage reporting — you never see who used it
- Co-branded launch materials and a lunchtime session
- Twelve-month term, cancel at renewal
What we will not do
The reasons an eldercare benefit usually goes wrong.
- We do not tell you who used it. You get counts and categories. An employee who finds out their manager can see they are arranging memory care will never use it again, and word travels.
- We do not sell your staff anything. No upsells, no insurance products, no partner referrals with a kickback attached.
- We do not take a cut of what they spend. Providers pay us $149 a month and nothing else, so a navigator has no reason to steer anyone anywhere.
Run a three-month pilot with one department
Usually 200–500 people, usually the team with the oldest average age. We report uptake, the kinds of situations people brought, and what it saved them — and you decide from there.
